@takudj : TOXIC SWEET 世の中にはしっかりと緻密に準備されながら作られるものと、ノリ一本で作られる曲がある。この曲はまさに「良いノリ」が集約されて、普段ありえないことが実現した曲だと思う。 正月にトラックを作ってたんだけど、あのトロピカルなスティールパンの音を選んだのも、スネアとハットの代わりにお水の音を使ったのも、普段使わないシンセサイザーを使ったのも全て「ノリ」である。 バーバルの「エロスで火星のビーチ」でナンパするストーリーも、リサのあのスウィートな声で歌っている「今夜だけお持ち帰りたい」というのもノリだと思う。その勢いでメンバー全員大好きなJP THE WAVYさんにダメ元で「サビを歌ってもらいたい！」とお願いしたら快くオッケーしてくれた。 「ノリ」はここで止まらない。ロサンゼルスのOTAQUEST LIVEの5日前くらいに「この曲夏っぽいし良い曲になりそうだからミュージックビデオを撮ろう」と僕が言い出してスタッフが青ざめたりビデオを撮る3日前に「タクさ、この曲ラップしようよ」とバーバルに言われたり、最後までセッションのように作られた曲だった。 にしても、男子からしてみて、女性って常に火星人。 There are songs that are made while being carefully and precisely prepared, and songs that are made with a feeling. About 5 days before OTAQUEST LIVE in Los Angeles, We decided to shoot video of this song and I think it turned out really awesome. Also Verbal intuitively asked me to sing this song in last minute.
